Establish by Brian and Kathleen Congdon, Subtidal Adventures is Ucluelet's oldest tour boat company. Since 1978, Subtidal has specialized in eco-tourism, nature and whale watching boat tours; and in 1990, was the first Ucluelet company to offer zodiac tours.

A former Park Warden of Pacific Rim National Park, Brian is very knowledgeable about the natural and cultural history of the area. Brian has been an active member of the Coast Guard auxiliary for over 30 years. He brings over 35 years of west coast experience to his guests.

Just beyond the welcome to Ucluelet sign at the village entrance, watch for a large brown building with a blue roof on the right hand side of the road (1950 Peninsula Road, West Ucluelet Mall)
